They Call Me...p/l was established in 1997 by Bruce Townsend to support home and small business users with all their computer needs. With over 20 years experience working with such companies as ANZ Bank and AMP Financial Services.					They Call Me...can support anything from setting up a printer to setting up your enterprise network and everything in between. We specialise in Windows operating systems but do support Mac, Ipad’s and all types of Smart Phones.
	They Call Me...keeps clients at a manageable level, we don’t take on every client, we are interested in clients who are keen to make technology work for them and who want to grow thier business using the latest technologies. We have clients in Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Law, Building, Dental and Doctors surgery’s. We support many third party programs, REST and My Desktop (Real Estate), Medical Director and Pracsoft (Doctors),LEAP Documents and Accounting (Lawyers / Solicitors).
	They Call Me...uses the latest Remote Desktop software to remotely support Servers and Workstations. We have 24Hr access to most of our supported computers. If it’s urgent we can access the machine straight away and fix over 90% of problems without making a visit. If it’s not urgent we can access your machine after hrs so we dont disturb your working day. We look after your computer as if it were ours.
